RRP provided engineering services for a water supplier serving more than 12,400 connections over 100 square miles. We developed a management plan and capital improvement program (CIP) to bring the client into compliance with TCEQ in terms of capacity, elevated storage and pumping capabilities.

We studied the client's previous capacity improvements program and recommended a new technology for the proposed water treatment plant. The new CIP called for spending $13.6 million to increase production by 8 million gallons per day, increase elevated storage by 1 million gallons, and modify facilities to upgrade distribution piping, pumps and motors.
